Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our voice team in Pasig City. Whether you're just starting or already have some experience, this is a strong opportunity to grow your career in a busy, dynamic BPO environment. You must be willing to attend an onsite final screening as part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls and engage with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve customer queries — identify issues, provide solutions, and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Meet required performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.
  • Attend the full hiring process: on-site validation, assessment, operations interview, and job offer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Senior High School (SHS) graduate or any college degree (with or without BPO experience).
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City and attend the on-site final screening.
  • Willing to work a voice process (handling calls) in an on-site environment.
  • Strong communication skills—both spoken and written in English and/or Filipino.
  • Adaptable to shift schedules and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
