Overview
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment efforts for truck drivers. This role includes reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is communicative, professional, and capable of building strong rapport and trust with applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates for truck driver roles.
- Conduct initial video call interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Clearly present the role, company background, and benefits during interviews.
- Persuade strong candidates by highlighting job stability, role value, and company advantages.
- Manage end-to-end candidate communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview results, and hiring milestones.
- Represent the company with professionalism, establishing trust and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with the employer and follow scripts, guidelines, and recruitment procedures.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly.
- HR, recruitment, or interviewing experience highly preferred.
- Confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with diverse applicants.
- Ability to work independently and manage candidate pipelines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey reliability, safety, and credibility.
- Part-time position with flexible working hours.
- Expected hiring output: ~3 qualified truck drivers per week.
- Training, scripts, and complete interview guidelines will be provided.
