As a Recruitment Specialist, you will take part in creating procedures for recruiting that will result to hiring quality talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires;
  • Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels; and
  • Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Earned a Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Work experience in recruitment( preferably in the same industry) is a not a requirement but good to have
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge on MS Office
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and develop talent
  • Willing to work on site
