As a Recruitment Specialist, you will take part in creating procedures for recruiting that will result to hiring quality talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires;
- Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels; and
- Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Work experience in recruitment( preferably in the same industry) is a not a requirement but good to have
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge on MS Office
- Ability to identify, recruit, and develop talent
- Willing to work on site
