HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare new hire documentation and assist with onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Process HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and performance reviews.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with training sessions and tracking employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).
- Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
