Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare new hire documentation and assist with onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Process HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and performance reviews.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist with training sessions and tracking employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).
  • Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
