About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Manager
who can also take on
HR generalist responsibilities
. This role will drive employee development initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and support daily HR operations such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics etc.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assess training needs and create an annual L&D roadmap.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (technical, leadership, soft skills).
  • Manage external training vendors and coordinate learning sessions.
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement projects.
  • Facilitate organizational assessments and recommend development interventions.
  • Assist in succession planning, competency frameworks, and talent development.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support cross-functional programs.

HR Generalist Functions

  • Support recruitment efforts for key roles.
  • HR Analytics
  • Assist in performance management cycles, including goal-setting and reviews.
  • Oversee onboarding programs and ensure a good employee experience.
  • Ensure HR processes and employee files comply with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to L&D, OD, or HR Generalist work.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in designing learning programs or engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
