Intern HR Assistant

Location: Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill – Newport World Resorts, Pasay City

Department: Human Resources

Job Type: Internship (OJT)

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time (Minimum 400 hours preferred)

About the Role:

Join one of the most iconic names in global hospitality at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill. As an Intern HR Assistant, you will support our Human Resources team in delivering a people-first, high-performance culture. You'll assist in administrative functions, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management—ideal for those pursuing a career in HR or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing employee files and updating 201 folders
  • Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Aid in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, screening applicants)
  • Coordinate internal communications such as memos and announcements
  • Support timekeeping and attendance monitoring
  • Assist in encoding and filing of disciplinary actions and HR reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Must be enrolled in an internship or OJT program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, discreet, and professional demeanor
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
