The Operations Team Leader assists the Operations Manager in the overall management of the operations of the restaurant ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. This includes the following tasks:

  1. Managing inventory, scheduling shifts and maintaining high service standards to customers.

  2. Training new employees and provide ongoing support to existing employees.

  3. Addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience. The team leader must be proactive in resolving issues and accommodating special requests.

  4. Supervise all service staff, including cashiers, dining staff, and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency, especially during peak hours.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered to guests accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is required, with at least one year in a supervisory role being a significant advantage.

  2. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and guide staff.

  3. Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate and manage a team effectively.

  4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks is crucial, particularly during peak hours.

  5. Should be able to handle customer and employee conflicts calmly and tactfully.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
