Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Private Advertiser Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱3,600,000 per year

The position is responsible for the overall supervision and management of assigned projects across all stages — from land development to the eventual turnover of subdivisions to homeowners' associations and local government units. It ensures that all projects are executed in accordance with quality standards, completed within the approved timeline, and delivered within the allocated budget.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visits job sites to ensure quality of projects and assesses concerns of on-site engineers;
  • Analyzes availability, status, and usage of equipment and takes necessary actions in case of breakdown or insufficient equipment;
  • Monitors actual project expenses through financial reports obtained from the Accounting Department, ensures cost incurred are within the allocated project budget, conducts variance analysis, and submits variance reports to the Operation Head;
  • Analyzes progress of projects by evaluating daily accomplishment logs and recovery schedules and takes necessary actions to ensure timelines and milestones are met;
  • Supervises contractors and engineers on site by providing motivation, guidance, support, and coaching.

Working Conditions

  • Senior Supervisory to Managerial level;
  • For permanent position;
  • Quezon Province-based but might be transfer to other project/province based on operational needs;
  • Amenable to start 1st week of January 2026.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • Extensive background in project management related land development and mass housing;
  • Highly analytical; excellent problem solving and people management skills; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven, Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
