Job Summary:

We are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects—from planning to execution—ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate with project stakeholders, supervise on-site activities, and lead project teams to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the full construction process from pre-construction to project turnover.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, manpower schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers for design implementation and material procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, environmental regulations, and DOLE/OSHC safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues related to delays, materials, labor, and technical concerns.
  • Manage cost control, variation orders, and claims in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Submit accurate project reports, updates, and documentation to upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is highly preferred.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Solid experience in vertical, horizontal, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Familiar with Philippine Building Code, National Structural Code, OSHS, and relevant government regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and/or project management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to various project locations across the Philippines.
