About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations. The role also involves monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing reports, assisting with procurement, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Support procurement, material requests, and delivery monitoring
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with plans/specifications
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards
  • Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (PRC) required
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or related roles
  • Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, or similar and project management tools)
  • Knowledge in project estimation and quantity scurve
  • Strong skills in project scheduling, planning, and monitoring
  • Strong design presentation skills (renders & walkthroughs)
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Newly graduate Licensed Architects are welcome to apply
