We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who can lead residential, commercial, and vertical projects from planning to turnover. The ideal candidate must bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are consistently met. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Initiating: Defining project objectives, deliverables, scope, and identifying stakeholders.
  • Planning: Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; coordinating designs, layouts, and technical requirements for small to medium projects; identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Executing: Leading project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget; managing procurement, contracts, and change requests; overseeing site works, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
  • Monitoring & Controlling: Tracking project progress against plans and KPIs; reviewing, checking, and approving outputs from Shared Services, Technical, and Engineering teams, including repairs, maintenance, and minor works; implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Closing: Ensuring final project deliverables meet quality standards; completing documentation, handover, and client acceptance; conducting post-project evaluation and lessons learned.

The Construction Project Manager also assists in preparing layouts and coordinating designs, supports contract management and procurement, conducts site inspections, and provides progress updates and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Scheduling, budgeting, scope management, and risk mitigation for projects of varying sizes and complexity.

Planning & Design: Creating layouts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design requirements to support small to medium projects.

Technical Oversight & Validation: Reviewing, checking, and approving outputs from Shared Services, Technical, and Engineering teams, including repairs, maintenance, and job request works.

Quality & Safety Management: Conducting site inspections, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and QA/QC standards.

Contract & Procurement Management: Managing contracts, OSM packages, and ensuring vendor compliance with project and company requirements.

Team Leadership & Coordination: Leading project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and effective collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal teams; preparing and delivering presentations, progress reports, and updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Relevant PRC License (Civil Engineer and/or Architect) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with exposure to high-rise or top-down projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physically fit to perform hands-on technical and project-related work.
  • Ability to design, plot, read, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and prepare basic BOQ.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training or certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Basic First Aid, or Fire Safety.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (DL Code B1/B2), advantageous for site mobility as a back-up plan.
  • Preferably with experience in studio projects set-up and construction.
