Job description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments with the client
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in the Shipping arrangements and order of the client
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense and other reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers
- Any other related task assigned by the Management.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor's degree in any field
● atleast 6 months of experience admin position
● Experience in handling online queries and email messages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,300.00 per month
