  • Should have at least 2-3 years financial/banking industry background Develop functional requirement based on business requirements, and identify the nonfunctional requirements for the solution architect Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end users to detail the requirements (this is a MUST)

  • Explain to business users how the proposed solution will implement their business requirements

  • Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome

  • Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map the functional requirements

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives

  • Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase

  • Manage the changes in functional and non-functional requirements

  • Develop the test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements

  • Assist in conducting functional testing

  • Ensure the operational support process are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements

Job Description * Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and identify non-functional requirements for solution architecture.

  • Identify and address gaps in business requirements; work directly with stakeholders and end users to refine and finalize requirements (this is a MUST).
  • Clearly articulate to business users how proposed solutions fulfill business needs and deliver value.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and expected outcomes.
  • Analyze product features and map functional requirements to out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to determine feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend viable workarounds or enhancements.
  • Support product evaluations during the service definition and solution design phases.
  • Manage changes to functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test data; assist in conducting functional testing to validate solutions against requirements.

  • Ensure that operational support processes are aligned with business objectives and that solutions are sustainable and maintainable.
