Basic Purpose/Job Summary

Analyses how well software, hardware, and the wider IT system for the business needs of their employer or a client. They write the requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
  • Must have at least 2-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar IT/technical role
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving capacity and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with data modeling, data visualization tools, and basic systems design
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and system documentation standards (optional but recommended)
  • Must be highly organized with keen attention to details
  • Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
  • With strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and hardworking
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Working Conditions: Office and work-from-home based on schedule; fieldwork assignments
  • Physical Demands: Must be willing to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and late night shift, as business need require

Job Responsibilities

  • Understands the requirements of client and translates them to applications
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
  • Designing new computer system and frameworks
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Risk mitigation planning
  • Collaborating with Business Analyst, Project Leads and IT Team
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
  • Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
  • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
