Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Shift: US (graveyard) or European (mid) shift, depending on business need

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage a high-volume collections portfolio and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B collections experience
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • 2+ years working with electronic invoicing (EDI, 3rd Party Postings) and vendor portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
  • Experience handling high-volume, high-profile accounts
  • Minimum exposure: $5M in accounts receivable

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build client and sales relationships while maintaining high collection rates
  • Creative problem-solving within policy guidelines
  • Familiarity with submitting/re-submitting invoices in customer portals (Ariba, B2B)
  • Ability to monitor payment status and resolve issues promptly

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 300+ accounts to maximize prompt payment
  • Reduce delinquency by monitoring past due balances and conducting follow-ups via phone/email
  • Exercise independent responsibility for collections portfolio
  • Investigate accounts and prioritize workload based on delinquency
  • Escalate unresolved issues preventing payment
  • Handle declined credit card invoices per policy
  • Research credits for refunds or invoice applications
  • Maintain accurate customer data in ERP systems
  • Interpret bill of lading and proof of delivery documentation
  • Prepare account status updates for aging reviews and month-end reporting
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
