Equity Accounts

  • Follow up accounts without post-dated checks (PDCs) via call, text, or email
  • Generate Dragon pay payment links for non-LTS accounts with current dues only
  • Receive and review PDCs submitted by clients and prepare acknowledgment receipts
  • Print five (5) copies of acknowledgment receipts for CRECO, Docs, Treasury, Accounting, and Client
  • Email soft copy of acknowledgment receipt to Treasury for PDC warehousing. Transmit PDCs to the check custodian daily
  • Notify clients of bounced or altered checks and update the monitoring log
  • Process PDC pull-out and redeposit requests from clients
  • Prepare, file, and mail Notices of Cancellation and Demand Letters
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department for notarization of cancellation notices
  • Safekeep Certificates of Full Payment and official equity receipts
  • Keep records of bounced or altered PDCs received from Treasury
  • Follow up accounts with no first equity payment
  • Follow up accounts with delinquent Pag-IBIG amortizations
  • Assist in special projects assigned by the CRECO Manager

Real Property Tax

  • Monthly preparation and delivery of Real Property Tax (RPT) billing statements to homeowners through PMD distribution or house-to-house visits

Client Request and other concerns

  • Assist clients with equity-related concerns and requests such as Statement of Account (SOA), Certificate of Full Payment, official receipts, PDCs, and other supporting documents
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle and monitor supply requests for the department
