Your Role Overview We’re looking for motivated callers to follow up with business owners who applied for a line of credit. You’ll use our CRM and dialer system to make calls, read from a script, and send pre‑created emails to potential clients. Responsibilities Call business owners using our CRM and dialer Follow a provided call script Send pre‑written follow‑up emails Log all activity and notes in the CRM What You Need Non‑negotiables Previous experience in telemarketing, loan processing, or financial product outreach Comfortable making outbound calls Basic computer and CRM navigation skills Clear communication and attention to detail Preferred skills/expertise Experience working with small business owners or B2B clients.
