Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Provides updates on hiring requirements to appropriate parties and effective monitoring of applications processed / to be processed.
  • Shares new insights and ideas on current recruitment practices and suggests improvements from a procedural perspective.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in any related field.
  • At least 6 months of related recruiting experience.
  • Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment for technical, IT, or executive positions is a plus.
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Amenable to work in IT Park, Cebu City
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
