Are you a beauty enthusiast with a sharp business sense?

We're looking for a Merchandising Supervisor for Beauty Buyer to take charge of our beauty category — from selecting premium products to building strong supplier partnerships and driving category performance.

We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in beauty merchandising or buying.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this merchandising role.

This role combines creative curation and commercial strategy — ensuring that every skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal care item in our shelves not only delights customers but also delivers business results.

  • Plan and manage the beauty category's product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendar.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and principals to secure the best deals, margins, and marketing support.
  • Candidates must demonstrate independent supplier negotiation experience.
  • Analyze sales, margins, and inventory to guide purchasing and replenishment decisions.
  • Experience with basic retail systems for analysis and reporting is essential.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on new product introductions, pullouts, and exclusive brand partnerships.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations to execute launches, campaigns, and in-store activations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty innovations.
