Job Summary Job title: Store Operations Supervisor Department: Retail Operations  Location: East Rizal and NCR Area  Reports To: Retail Operations Manager The Store Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficient performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. This role involves supervising store personnel, monitoring inventory, implementing store standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with operational standards. Monitor and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper product display. Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Provide consistent coaching, performance evaluation, and training to store staff to develop their competencies and ensure high-quality service. Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operational hours. Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Oversee store cleanliness, and overall presentation according to company guidelines. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with company financial procedures. Coordinate with management and other departments regarding promotions, logistics, and inventory concerns. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Qualifications Education: Graduate of any Business-related course. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in retail operations. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Sales-driven and results-oriented Knowledge in inventory control and merchandising Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Other Requirements: Must know how to drive a manual four-wheel vehicle Must hold a valid driver’s license Willing to be assigned in East Rizal and NCR areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
