MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR - FITFLOP Job description Job Overview: Merchandising Supervisor - FITFLOP The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for leading the merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation, promotion, and inventory management across retail locations. This role involves developing and executing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales performance, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The Merchandising Supervisor collaborates with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize the in-store experience and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising strategies to support sales goals and enhance the customer shopping experience. Supervise, train, and mentor the merchandising team to ensure productivity and adherence to company guidelines. Monitor in-store product displays and inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and visual presentation. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust merchandising plans and improve product performance. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising execution and ensure brand consistency across locations. Generate and present performance reports, including sales trends and merchandising effectiveness, for leadership review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
