JOB SUMMARY The Merchandising Supervisor is primarily responsible in managing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Merchandising Third-Party Agencies (TPAS) from staffing to in‑store execution and ensuring that they deliver according to agreed service levels and set forth standards. The Merchandising Supervisor collaborates with internal and external partners with the end goal of contributing positively and aligning results with the company's business objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Merchandising Third‑Party Agency (TPA) Management A. Coordinate with Merchandising TPA counterparts to ensure achievement of the following: Service level for manpower deployment and fill rate, within assigned scope Compliance to deployment plan B. Monitor and approve operational activities related but not limited to field force overtime, change schedule, duty on day‑off, deviations, etc. C. Facilitate trainings of Merchandising TPA field force related to product orientation, product handling, merchandising standards, and other topics necessary to safeguard high competence level of front liners. D. Collaborate with AAI Sales, AAI Trade Marketing, and TPA for the implementation and execution of in‑store activities including but not limited to new product introductions, promotions, POSM, sampling, SKU maintenance, display mileage and concessions, etc. E. Respond and assist internal and external partners for related inquiries or requests. F. Coach and mentor Merchandising TPA Field Supervisors through field work. G. Lead the cycle plan cascade and meetings with Field Supervisors and Merchandisers. 2. Field Management and Execution A. Work closely with TPA counterparts to ensure achievement of the following KPls: Dominant space and displays Near ex management Reports submission Compliance to merchandising standards B. Develop systems to improve operational standards and guidelines. C. Regularly conduct trade audit, check, and report the quality of in‑store executions: On shelf availability Sufficient stock weights and maximum capacity display Correct pricing on shelf Rented displays V. Planogram execution based on display standards POSM installation Promotional activity Housekeeping Competitor's activity 3. Cost Management A. Analyze coverage plan and merchandising spending. B. Lead the negotiation of cost‑efficient merchandising deployment with accounts and/or stores. C. Assist in managing and monitoring merchandising OPEX. D. Assist in developing overall merchandising strategies to sustain operationally effective deployment while achieving the acceptable cost‑to‑sales ratio. 4. Administrative Responsibilities A. Prepare and submit on a timely manner and secure approval of different company and merchandising request forms. B. Maintain a sanitized merchandising databases and trackers related to monitoring deployment, fill rate, compliance reports, execution reports, etc. C. Present area's performance during territory review. D. Conduct headcount review following standard cadence. E. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of reports required by internal partners and from Merchandising TPAS. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Experience At least 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably with exposure to frozen and/or chilled products Experience in managing and coordinating with third‑party merchandising agencies Skills and Competencies Intermediate level of business acumen Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent presentation, training, and negotiation skills Strong in analysis, critical thinking, and decision‑making Adaptable to changing demands and highly collaborative Highly trainable with strong work ethics #J-18808-Ljbffr
