JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collects cash and check payments from Hospitals (Private and Government), CharitableInstitutions (PCSO / OP / OVP / DSWD) and Financial Institutions

  • Deliver Hard Copy of Statement of Accounts to Clients

  • Issuance and delivery of Collection Receipts to Clients

  • Process all Bank Transactions (Deposit / Encashment / Withdrawal/ Bills Payment)

  • Shipping of Documents to VisMin areas

  • Pick Up and Deliver Documents to BIR / Suppliers and Clients

  • Plan optimal routes for efficient Collection Schedule

  • Assist the team in Sorting, Filing and Safekeeping of Collection Documents

JOB SPECIFICATION:

EDUCATION: College Undergraduate / Vocational Course or at least a High School Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience in field work and collection is an advantage

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Motorcycle Driving Experience (with valid license)
