Job Summary:

The Messenger/Collections Officer is responsible for delivering and collecting documents, payments, and other items between the company, clients, banks, and government offices. This role ensures timely, secure, and professional handling of all deliveries and collections while maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collections and Deliveries

  • Collect payments, checks, invoices, and official documents from clients or partners.
  • Deliver receipts, statements, and other company documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all collected amounts are properly documented, receipted, and turned over to the accounting department.
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and care.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and general clerical tasks as needed.
  • Run errands for various departments (e.g., delivering bank deposits, submitting government documents, purchasing office supplies).
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections in daily logs or tracking systems.

3. Customer Relations

  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients.
  • Provide assistance and information to clients during collection visits when needed.

4. Vehicle and Route Management

  • Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery and collection schedules.
  • Maintain assigned company motorcycle/vehicle in good running condition.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
