URGENT HIRING: ONE-DAY PROCESSING

ROLE CHARTER:COLLECTOR / MESSENGER

Deliverables of the Function - Primary & Secondary

  1. Collection

a. Coordinate with secretary on daily or weekly collection plan & schedule.

b. Ensure all DR and Counter Receipt documents are prepared based on the collection plan and schedule for the day or week.

c. Collect due receivables from customers based on amount indicated on customer's copy of Delivery Receipt and issue Official Receipt to acknowledge payment/s made.

d. Any unauthorized deduction applied by customer/s, secure guidance and direction from the OIC. If deduction is authorized, supporting documents must be required or attached.

e. Prepare remittance report on daily collections made.

f. Submit remittance report together with check payment/s, inclusive of supporting documents (as necessary) to Secretary for posting of customers' payment.

  1. Office Errands

a. Do errands as may be directed by the OIC on the immediate needs and requirements of the operations.

b. If errand task/s will require purchases of office supplies, tools, spare parts, etc. and/or payment of bills and government-related obligations, official receipts, vouchers or any print out payment document/s must be submitted for reconciliation and closure immediately after transactions are completed. If for justifiable reason/s liquidation cannot be done within the day, it must not go beyond the next working day.

  1. Daily Trip Report

a. Daily compliance and submission of Daily Trip Report.

b. Complete information as required by the Daily Trip Report.

c. If trip deviation is done, submit explanation and attached with the DTR.

Core & Auxiliary Competencies of the Function

  1. Basic appreciation of numerical figures and financial terms & discount calculation.

  2. Good driving skill, with driver's license.

  3. Written, Verbal & interpersonal communications skills for effective interface with internal team & external sources.

  4. Clear understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (i.e. Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Standards)

  5. Highly collaborative & team player.

  6. Willing to be assigned in Bagbaguin Meycauayan, Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
