We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Motorized Collector to recover late payments on our accounts.

To ensure success you need to be up to date with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to the collections industry, and approach clients with tact. Top candidates will be articulate, and have strong critical-thinking and listening skills.

Collector Responsibilities:

  • Collect checks and payment from the clients.
  • Using various skip tracing methods to locate clients.
  • Informing management regarding effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Collector Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational, or suitable equivalent.
  • Must have motorcycle. Knows how to drive automatic and manual motorcycle and with Valid Driver's License.
  • Previous work experience in customer service, collections or related field.
  • 2+ years motorized collector experience preferred.
  • Rout familiar within Metro Manila.
  • Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient mathematical skills.
  • Resilient with impolite clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
