Role Description

We are looking for a Team Leader who is excited to take ownership, lead from the front, and grow with us. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a small but growing team, help build and improve processes, and contribute directly to the company's progress.

This is an ideal position for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to step into greater responsibilities as the company expands.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, support, and motivate a small team to achieve daily, weekly, and long-term goals
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members as we grow
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with founders and other departments to align team objectives with company goals
  • Help define and refine workflows, systems, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead by example in work ethic, problem-solving, and communication

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of leading a team of travel consultants
  • Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, accommodation options, and transportation services
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to secure the best deals and resolve complex travel-related issues
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple client bookings and team activities
  • Proficiency in using travel booking and reservation systems, as well as other relevant software and technologies
  • A passion for travel and a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with both clients and the team
