About the role

Careplus International Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team supporting the Qantas airline account. This full-time role will be based in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City office, where you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our valued Qantas customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate information
  • Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and any other travel-related queries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or airline environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer queries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
