About the role

Are you a skilled customer service professional looking to join a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking an Airline Account Representative to join our team based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. You will be the primary point of contact for our airline clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from airline customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the airline or travel industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
