Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team with Zoho One integrations and providing assistance across other online platforms. You will also act as a first point of contact for internal tech-related issues and provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, integration, and management of Zoho One modules.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Zoho One, Xero, Dext, and other online systems.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and workflows.
  • Act as a resource for internal users needing software support.
  • Carry out general admin support tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (admin, tech support, or software integration).
  • Familiarity with Zoho One, Xero, and Dext is desirable.
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized.
