About Us:
InTouch Tech is a UK-wide IT and telecoms provider, delivering innovative technology solutions to help businesses stay connected and secure. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team.
The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring our sales process runs smoothly. You'll handle the day-to-day paperwork, customer coordination, and internal admin that allows our sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals. This is a remote, full-time role with flexibility and the chance to work closely with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send customer quotes, proposals, and order forms
• Manage contracts, ensuring all documents are signed and stored correctly
• Input and maintain accurate data in our CRM/PSA systems
• Track sales opportunities and follow up on outstanding paperwork
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, stock, and order updates
• Coordinate with finance to ensure invoices are raised promptly
• Support the sales team by scheduling calls, demos, and meetings
• Produce regular sales reports and pipeline updates
• Provide excellent communication and admin support to customers and colleagues
Skills & Experience:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP/PSA software (training provided)
• Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Previous admin or sales support experience preferred (not essential)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
