About the role

Millennium Business Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Xero Advisor Expert to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' accounting and financial management needs using the powerful Xero platform.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing expert-level advice and support to clients on the effective use of Xero accounting software
  2. Assisting with the set-up, customisation, and ongoing management of Xero accounts for businesses
  3. Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Xero features and functionalities
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving complex Xero-related issues experienced by clients
  5. Analysing client data and financial information to provide strategic recommendations and insights
  6. Collaborating with the wider accounting and finance team to deliver comprehensive business support services
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest Xero product updates and features to ensure clients benefit from the most efficient and effective solutions

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on cloud-based accounting software such as Xero
  2. Certified Xero Advisor Expert qualification, demonstrating advanced proficiency in the platform
  3. Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business management best practices
  4. Proven ability to provide strategic, commercially-focused advice to clients and stakeholders
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support clients
  7. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
