About the Role:

  • Accounts Payable – Rental Invoices
  • Accurately and promptly post weekly and monthly rental invoices into the accounting system.
  • Ensure correct coding, cost allocation, and GST treatment.
  • Communicate any changes in fixed rent amounts with the relevant internal contact for verification.
  • Set the appropriate scheduled payment date for each invoice in the system.
  • Accounts Receivable Reconciliation – Shopping Centres
  • Support the reconciliation of company records with shopping centres' AR statements.
  • Investigate and flag discrepancies for internal review and resolution.
  • Monthly Sales Reporting
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales figures to shopping centres in line with their specific requirements and formats.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Annual Sales Audit Reporting
  • Assist in drafting annual audited sales reports required by certain shopping centres.
  • Ensure consistency between draft reports, internal records, and monthly submissions.

About the candidate:

  • With Knowledge in Xero Accounting Software
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with the accounts payable process.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Fairview, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
