Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Xero Developer / Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with the Xero accounting platform and its API to build seamless integrations, automate accounting workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues. You will collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to optimize our financial systems and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between Xero and other business applications (CRM, payment gateways, inventory systems, etc.) using Xero's REST API.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline accounting and financial processes.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Xero software and integrations.
  • Collaborate with accountants and finance teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor API performance, handle authentication (OAuth 2.0), and manage API rate limits.
  • Develop scripts, tools, or middleware to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Xero to other systems and vice versa.
  • Keep up to date with Xero platform updates, features, and best practices.
  • Provide documentation and technical support to internal teams or clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Xero and its API (RESTful services, OAuth 2.0).
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript ), C#, or others commonly used for integrations.
  • Experience with webhooks, JSON, XML, and data formats used in API communications.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture is beneficial.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Xero Certified Developer or Xero Partner certification.
  • Experience with third-party integration platforms like Zapier, Integromat (Make), or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of accounting software beyond Xero (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Experience in Agile development environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
