We are looking for an experienced Xero Technical Expert to join our team in Makati.

This role combines accounting expertise with strong technical skills to manage, optimise, and integrate our Xero accounting system. The ideal candidate will be both detail-oriented and systems-savvy — someone who can manage accounting workflows and also enhance automation and integrations across our business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and maintain our Xero accounting system
  • Set up and optimise chart of accounts, tracking categories, and reporting structures
  • Manage bank feeds, reconciliations, and automation of financial workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Xero and other business platforms (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, Payroll, HRIS)
  • Oversee data migration and cleanup of historical transactions as needed
  • Generate and customise financial and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and data integrity
  • Provide onsite support and training to internal accounting and finance teams
  • Collaborate with management to streamline accounting processes and improve system efficiency

Qualifications

  • Xero Certified Advisor (required or strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Xero administration or accounting systems management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (CPA preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Xero integrations, automation tools, or the Xero API
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City (full-time position)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
