Job responsibilities
Revenue management - Based on the monthly revenue target set by the headquarters, guide the store to formulate daily revenue targets, ultimately achieve the revenue budget of the jurisdictional area, grasp the daily revenue data of the regional store, understand the reasons why the store failed to achieve the daily revenue budget, and provide work guidance to the store management team to achieve it.
Personnel Management - Supervise and guide the store management team to stabilize the store personnel structure and create plans to improve KPI results for all employees;
Profit and loss management - grasp the report data of each store, and analyze the gross profit, profit, various costs, losses and other data.
Goal management - Develop a series of quantifiable and time bound goals, such as revenue stage goals, store problem improvement goals, and assisting store managers in setting employee mentoring goals, and follow up on them.
"Standard" management - able to handle principle issues according to the company's solution standards; Set the highest standards for the working hours of the store management team and ensure their achievement; Be able to effectively judge and make decisions on all standard issues.
Cost management - By guiding stores to implement a series of "personnel cost control" and "budget control" measures to reduce company costs. Manage controllable expenses for regional stores.
Safety Management - Improve the safety management awareness of all employees in the regional store, and make safety management requirements for special equipment such as cash register equipment, fire protection equipment, monitoring equipment, etc. in the store; At the same time, it is required that all employees in the store work in a standardized manner to reduce the occurrence of work-related injuries.
Brand management - Outstanding internal employees, external customers can experience the brand loyalty of the store team, understand and convey the company's brand concept and development vision, promote the establishment of employee brand awareness, and achieve customer recognition of the brand.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of retail experience, proficiency in English and local language is preferred;
Familiar with retail terminal business, with experience in hypermarket management or regional management in the retail industry, with basic understanding and implementation experience in store sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management;
Have experience in coordinating and allocating internal and external resources, and have experience in establishing standardized store management;
Have basic experience in identifying and cultivating people, and have experience in developing mentoring plans that can be replicated and promoted;
Possess strong data sensitivity and master the analysis, budgeting, summarization, and planning of regional data;
Experience in analyzing the product structure and operational models of competitors in the vicinity of regional commercial districts;
Able to obey the company's cross regional/domestic and international transfers, with enthusiasm, vitality, and high execution ability, and identify with the company's corporate culture and values.
