About the role

Stile Italia Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/QC (HI-RISE) to join their dynamic construction team. As a QA/QC professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of high-rise construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement and monitor quality control plans and processes for high-rise construction projects
  • Inspect construction materials, equipment and work in progress to verify compliance with specifications, drawings and industry standards
  • Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with project managers and construction teams
  • Maintain detailed records of all quality assurance and control activities
  • Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve quality systems and processes
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in the high-rise construction industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical documents
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
