  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures in accordance with project and company requirements.
  • Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Perform incoming material inspections, and verify traceability, calibration, and certification of equipment.
  • Monitor construction/fabrication processes to ensure proper workmanship and adherence to approved procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
  • Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
