Job Title: Franchise Accounting Assistant Manager

Location: Ermita, Manila

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at ₱35,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Franchise Accounting Assistant Manager to oversee financial processes related to franchise operations. The role requires strong knowledge of franchise agreements, accounting principles, and compliance with reporting requirements.

Core Competencies

  • Familiarity and experience with franchise agreements
  • Reconciliation of royalties and franchise financial accounts
  • Inventory management and costing methods
  • Preparation of inventory listings as required by BIR
  • Preparation of financial statements, including: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Owner's Equity
  • Compliance with reportorial requirements of the BIR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Franchise Accounting (preferably with Franchise Operations or Retail Accounting exposure)
  • Strong understanding of ordinances, laws, and regulations related to franchising
  • CPA license preferred but not required
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
