Internship Program – HR and Legal Department

Location: Sampaloc, Manila

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Onsite

Human Resources & Legal Department

Job Highlights:

  • Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and legal documentation
  • Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants and partner schools
  • Support the team in organizing, filing, and encoding 201 files into a centralized technology-based storage system
  • Participate in legal hearings and proceedings at Metropolitan Trial Courts (MeTCs), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)
  • Be involved in advancing the company's HR and Legal operations through AI-powered tools and systems
  • Learn how the company ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and government regulations
  • Exposure to employee onboarding, policy drafting, and company-wide communications
  • Daily allowance provided
  • Ideal for students taking up Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, Political Science, or related courses

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university internship program
  • Endorsed by your school for internship
  • Willing to report onsite at our Sampaloc, Manila office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools
