Job Summary:

The Logistic and Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics activities, maintaining inventory systems, and supporting administrative operations. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate movement of goods and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with warehouse distributors on the release and delivery schedules of shipments.
  • Monitor inventory movement and recommend stock transfers to other warehouses as necessary.
  • Update weekly inventory and monthly sales forecasts in inventory/manufacturing software.
  • Participate in inventory counts for commercial, sample, and promotional items at Zuellig warehouse/s.
  • Consolidate importation documents and endorse them for open account registration and settlement.
  • Maintain and organize importation and inventory files for internal and external audit purposes.
  • Prepare and endorse third-party payables.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for importation and other order requirements.
  • Prepare and update inventory and importation reports (Open Account, Customs Database for VAT, and Branch Transfers).

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate of a 4-year Business or related course.
  • Work Experience: Experience in logistics and inventory management is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, fast learner, proactive, with strong time management and communication skills.

Additional Preferences:

  • Well-versed in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in logistics and inventory management will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: PHP 23,000.00/month
  • Service Incentive Leave: 5 days (accrued after 12 months of service)
