Job Summary:

The Recruitment Assistant / Psychometrician supports the Human Resources department in executing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric assessments. This role combines administrative recruitment tasks with the technical expertise required to ensure objective and data-driven candidate evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (preferably with a license as a Registered Psychometrician)
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or psychometric assessment (internships may be considered)
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
  • has knowledge administering , testing and analyzing psychological reports

Preferred Skills:

  • Licensed Psychometrician
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
