About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Hyundai Laguna Inc. in Binan City, Laguna. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and retention.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's overall business objectives
  2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  3. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management
  4. Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programmes
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges
  7. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
  2. Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment legislation
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and programmes
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
