Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology/Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Adopt in all facets of HR including Recruitment, Training, Payroll/Timekeeping, Employee/Labor relations and Organizational Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and timekeeping
  • Assist in employee recruitment process and conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Acts as a representative of the company in some activities, meeting, seminars and other related matters.
  • Monitor the employees' movements (transfer, regularization, promotion, resignation and termination).
  • Perform other job assigned from time to time by the President
  • Strictly follow company rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
