QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • With minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in tax and finance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge preferred; strong communication, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and timely submission of BIR, SEC, and local government reports while managing open tax cases and projects.
  • Support the Tax Manager in organizing workflows, supervising and developing staff, and ensuring efficient team performance.
  • Handle administrative duties including reconciliations, monitoring registrations/documents, and addressing tax-related concerns from employees and suppliers.
