Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates that align with the company's manpower needs. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as building a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. The role also supports employer branding efforts and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently and in line with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and current hiring trends
  • With experience in bulk recruitment, handling both support functions and store-level hiring
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a must
  • Can start ASAP
