Work Set-up: Hybrid set-up (once a month RTO in Ortigas office); Day shift

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possibility for extension and/or absorption to full time employment

Daily Routine / Role Overview

  • Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.

  • Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.

  • Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.

Essential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills

- Years of Experience: 3-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.

  • Strong experience in agile environments.

  • Great understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Exceptional soft skills, including communication, and collaboration.

Desirable Skills / Good To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).

  • Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
