Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Inspection

  1. Ensures that the quality of trade products received from suppliers, and those returned by/from the customers passes the set quality control standards before endorsing as saleable stock;

  2. Conducts quality control inspections on repacking/bundling activities according to set procedures;

  3. Carry out QA inspections on designated company premises to ensure that quality requirements on proper storage and handling of trade products are being implemented;

  4. Maintains and ensures that all related quality assurance logs, records, procedures, and other documentation are up to date;

  5. Conducts required witnessing and verification activities related to the handling of trade returns

  6. Monitors temperature and humidity measurements and prepares a monthly update on resulting data analysis and applicable recommendations;

Others

  1. Supports the Dygen Pharma Business Manager in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;

  2. Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, health and safety, quality management, and in the Employee's Handbook; and

  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Regulatory Affairs Supervisor and Quality Assurance Lead
