JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's accounts payable operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers, service providers, and contractors. The role validates the accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of all disbursements, ensures compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and maintains strong working relationships with vendors through efficient, transparent, and reliable payment processes. The AP Supervisor also ensures adherence to internal controls and supports the Finance Department in maintaining the integrity of financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or F&B operations).
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, controls, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective vendor and interdepartmental coordination.
  • High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to be assigned in the Iloilo Business Park, Iloilo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
