Job Description:

  • Match invoices with supporting documents and ensure accuracy before posting.
  • Prepare and execute check runs, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
  • Reconcile statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Review and process employee expense reimbursements in line with company policy.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • At least two years' experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
